Samantha
Office Manager & Financial Coordinator - 2015
As Office Manager and Financial Coordinator, Sam helps keep the office running smoothly by supporting patients, families, and the team throughout their orthodontic experience. She oversees front office workflows, financial coordination, insurance processes, and daily operations to help make each visit as seamless as possible. Sam is passionate about organization, communication, and making sure families feel supported from their first call through the end of treatment.
What I love most about working here is being part of a team that truly cares about our patients and their families. I enjoy helping create a smooth, welcoming experience from the first phone call through treatment, and I love knowing that the work I do behind the scenes makes a real difference in how supported people feel. I also love the relationships we build with our patients and getting to watch their confidence grow throughout their smile journey.
Outside of work, I’m usually with my husband, Chad, and our two kids, Avery and Wesley. I love going on walks, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, planning beach trips, and spending time with family. Life with two little ones is busy, but I love making the most of the little moments whenever I can.
I love live music and try to go to as many concerts as I can.

Treatment Coordinator
Most importantly, I assist Dr. Rawlins, bonding patients to start braces or aligners and also de-bonding when treatment is finished. We take records, impressions for retainers, regular braces adjustments, and deliver additional aligners. I also order supplies for the office so the team can continue to run smoothly.
My absolute FAVORITE thing about working here would have to be having such a huge part in helping patients on their orthodontic journey. From day 1, placing everything, knowing I help everyone feel more comfortable. To watching them grow in confidence with the team, and just with their smiles. Until the day comes, we take everything off and all involved are so excited and to see the big happy smiles we help create with Dr. Rawlins. I loved having braces and can so specifically remember the day I got my braces off. It means so much to me that I can be a part of that with so many other people!
I am a huge family person, my boyfriend and I spend as much time with both of our families as much as possible. We have one little dog, shih tzu, chihuahua mix, yes she is tiny and perfect in everyway. Dr. Rawlins would probably LOVE to fix her class III bite, but I love how her little lower canine and incisors stick out. I like to crochet , love to have family game nights, and spend time outside, especially with little Cami!
Aside from little Cami, I have a bearded dragon, who is now 10 years old! She's Cami's big sis and we love to get Kanani outside as much as possible on hot sunny days. I am a huge animal lover. From horses, farm animals, to reptiles especially for some reason, alligators!

Front Office Coordinator - 2015
I am the vital first point of contact for Rawlins Orthodontics, shaping the initial impression! I am responsible for managing daily reception task such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing the schedule while also handling administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly.
I have been employed with Rawlins Orthodontics for over 11 years and the best part of coming to work each day are the people I work with! My coworkers make the work day enjoyable.
I love spending time with family, especially my two fur babies, Duke and Nala. I am apart of Lifeline Word Ministry, were I am able to learn more about God and build on my relationship with him! Hobbies for me include trying new foods and restaurants with friends, walking on my walking pad or local parks, and monthly book club. In the summers you can always find me doing outdoor activities. I love to be in the sun and my favorite place to be is at the beach or pool!
I love to sleep! As soon as my head hits the pillow I'm asleep. I can sleep through anything! I set 4 alarms in the mornings in order to wake up!

Clinical Lead - 2017
I oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring patients receive excellent care and that appointments run smoothly. I coordinate patient communications, and help improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall clinic performance.
I love helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles and watching their confidence grow throughout treatment. Seeing the final results and knowing I played a part in that transformation is incredibly rewarding.
I enjoy Bible study and eating Gods' Word, spending time with my dog, Fenny, and making memories with my loved ones. I also love going to the movies especially if we're watching the Michael movie!!! I LOVEEE MICHAEL JACKSON! Along with lashing to make my clients feel confident and pretty, shopping, any fall related activities and relaxing at the beach. The things I enjoy most are activities that bring me closer to God, allow me to express my creativity, and give me quality time with the people and things I love.

My role is to assist Dr Rawlins and the team but especially help brighten the smiles of our patients!
I love working here because since day one I've felt supported and appreciated!
I am married. My favorite hobby is teasing my husband (he’s super patient with me) I love re watching 90s/00’s movies and Mexican soap operas but nothing beats going out with friends and/or my family on a night out!
When I was 10 years old, I taught myself how to play guitar with a pink Barbie guitar my parents gave me for Christmas!

I enjoy living an active and balanced lifestyle. Whether I'm hiking, working out, relaxing at the beach, cooking, spending quality time with friends and my dog Zeus, or attending concerts. I'm always excited to explore new adventures and embracing new experiences whenever I can!
